Step 01Discovery

Site Survey & Planning

We map the terrain, study sun paths, and align the blueprint with how you actually live in a space.

Step 02Groundwork

Foundation & Structure

Reinforced concrete slab and load-bearing columns are cast — the silent backbone of the entire home.

Step 03Framework

Floors & Framing

Steel beams lock the structure together. Floor slabs are poured level by level, defining the volumes inside.

Step 04Envelope

Walls, Doors & Glazing

Walls close in. Doors and floor-to-ceiling windows install — the home seals itself against the outside.

Step 05Handover

Interior & Finishing

Lights warm up, the roofline completes, the landscape settles. A house becomes a home — ready to move in.
